The full moon comes the 16th of this month on the Christian holiday Easter. The moon will also be in Libra a lot will come to light in your life right now. Embrace this change it will bring balance in your life. You will come to an end in your transformation. Harmony will come your way through the pressure you have been under this past week. Everything will finally relace and fall in to place. This all lands on a day of rebirth and transformation. I do not believe in coincidences there is a cosmic reason this has all landed this way. This week we will enter the Sun sign of Taurus happy birthday Taurus you have made it around the Sun yet again. What does this mean for every one else in the world….. Tarot Card of the week


Queen of Swards is the card of the week. I feel we are cutting through the bullshit so to speak. Cutting out what no longer serves us so we can finally transform to who we truly are.  Cut out the crap, do some spiritual spring cleaning. Mentally clean out the things you have suppressed and clean it out. You are the ruler of your own lives and manifest your own reality. No not everything we can control the fates have there say but that does not stop us we cut through the ties that bind and rise up as queens. Spring clean in your life.  Don’t be afraid of change. You have been feeling some pressure in your life. You need to let go a few things that is holding you back. Cut them out of your life. Be your own ruler. You decide who stays and goes. 


Ritual of the week 


I firmly believe there is a little magic in all of us. Sense this is the week of transformation I believe a cleansing spring bath ritual is perfect and will help transformation. If you don’t feel it its still really relaxing. Ether way lets begin. First you will need some bath salts to help absorb the negative energy that isn't serving you. Pick your favorite spring flowers outside or plants and put them in the bath. Bath oils of Tea Tree for healing and Frankincense for banishing out the negative.  Light a candle of Black and Blue.  Black candle will absorb the negative the Blue will give peace. Now get a bowel or a safe burning bowl to burn white sage in to hep cleanse the air. Get bath ready to a comfortable temp and lay down and relax. I like to play relaxing chill music but that is personal preference helps me to meditate which is what is needed next. As you lay envision going to the back of your mind all the negative thinking or issue that has been going on in your life. Breath it out and envision it going out to the water and candle. The water is cleansing you. Breath in light love and clarity the blue candle and sage is giving you this thank them. Do this long enough to feel the cleanse and relaxation. When the candles are done burning. When you are done let the water go down the drain with it the negativity. Flush what is left of the black candle. Rid your self of negativity of your life. You are transformed.

Stop being afraid of making waves and holding back your truth. You are going to upset some people and your not going to be everyone's cup of tea. You need to be uniquely you. Speak what needs to be spoken. Yes we should be compassionate of other s feelings but not at the expenses of your own.  The moon at her fullest makes the most beautiful waves. I was drinking coffee at Starbucks a few days ago and was catching up with an old friend. We laughed, we cried, and we had coffee. Space for Yoga

Namaste! Most likely my favorite word to say. Other than Coffee. Namaste I bow to the divine in you. I literally means I bow to you. I mostly used in yoga class or meditation. Yoga is something I am passionate about I try do at least three times a day. Having a space to do yoga can be tricky at times. Some day I will have a yoga area but until then living room or out door patio will do. The things i would put in my yoga space and what I believe is a must i will share. Yoga space has a few needs to really get the full experience. Yoga is not just an exercise it is a practice. Yoga is to some, a life style. As for space a yoga room or corner is something every yogi should strive for. I will help with a few needs. Lets start with basic equipment to gather needed to participate in yoga.
